Sinopec now using Coswin 8i in Gabon
2015-07-07
Sinopec subsidiary Addax Petroleum is using Coswin 8i to manage its onshore and offshore oil production assets in Gabon since April 2015. Coswin 8i is the latest version of Siveco's CMMS.
Siveco historically has a very strong presence in Africa. The company's Chinese subsidiary, established in 2004, is uniquely positioned to assist Chinese investors and construction companies with their maintenance management needs in the African market. Other China-Africa projects where Siveco has delivered its CMMS include Sudan's Merowe dam, Africa's largest hydropower plant built by China International Water and Electric Corporation, and 7 gas turbine power plants under construction in Algeria, all under implementation by the Siveco China team.
