To support continuing fast growth in our target market segments, we are hiring Technical Support Engineer responsible for responding to customer questions and customer relationship maintenance.
Job Description:
- Understanding and responding to customer questions and requirements
- Solving technical issues in accordance with our quality guidelines
- Escalating issues according to our procedures
- Recording cases for analysis and continuous improvement of our product and services
- Maintaining a friendly relationship and work atmosphere with our customer
- Reporting work during the department weekly meetings
Qualifications and requirements (in order of importance):
- Bachelor degree, major in Computer Science or related
- Clarity, can accurately understand the issues or requirements from customers
- Strong communication ability, can accurately express own ideas
- Friendly and have good communication skills, interacting with customers' team (Chinese and English)
- Ability to take responsibility and solve problems
- Willingness and ability to learn fast, without excessive support (on-the-job coaching is our preferred training approach)
- Self-motivated and able to working dependently in a fast-growing business environment
- Familiar with Oracle, Mysql and Linux system is preferred

To support continuing fast growth in our target market segments, we are hiring Sales Executives responsible for sales revenue in their respective markets.
Working together with our industrial and technical experts, Sales Executives are expected to proactively generate new leads, follow opportunities and secure orders.
All new Sales Executives go through a 3-weeks training program, combining classroom training and on-the-job activities, followed by a 3-month mentoring plan with a company senior staff.
One account manager for each industry segment below:
- Regional Headquarters (multisite manufacturing companies with global or regional HQ in China)
- Chemical industry
- Infrastructures (energy, ports, airports, etc. but NOT including environmental infrastructures)
Requirements :
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Fast learner, i.e. ability to start selling within weeks
- Ability to quickly to build a network of contacts in the target segment
- 1-2 years sales experience with solution providers (e.g. ERP, SCADA, GIS) or consulting firm in the target segment
- Proven sales record in the target segment
- Ability to take responsibility and solve problems
- Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, written and oral

Consultants are responsible for implementing our CMMS/EAM system in customers’ projects, as well as for presales consulting. Consultants often follow the entire project, from presales to delivery and Go Live, to ensure continuity in our service to customers.
