The French Embassy in Beijing is selecting suppliers for the provision of facility management services for its new 20,000 sqm facility located in Liangmaqiao area, the operations of which will start at the beginning of 2011. Siveco China was appointed to prepare and coordinate the selection process.

Package 1A – Operation and maintenance of the facilities, including overall coordination
Package 1B – Cleaning (including floors, facades and gardening)

The new French Embassy in Beijing, located in Liangmaqiao area will be 20,000 sq. meters for nearly 275 workplaces. Building operation will start beginning of 2011.
