On May 31, a ceremony was held with top managers of Yingde Gases to mark the official "Go Live" of Coswin 8i on the Changshu pilot site.

Main products include: industrial gases of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and hydrogen, which mainly provide products and services to enterprises of the iron and steel, chemical, non-ferrous metals, electronics and energy industries. In line with internationally advanced standards, the EMM (as the Smart O&M system is known internally) establishes a technical database covering equipment, spare parts, fault diagnosis information, etc., which supports maintenance and technical analysis in improving operational safety and reliability.

 

The implementation of the system is the key to strengthen operation safety and reliability, which is also be a milestone of Yingde Gases towards informationization and standardization, reaching the industry's advanced level.

 

From June to September, the EMM system will be launched in the other four pilot plants and will be quickly spread to the remaining air separation unit plants during the year.
