The French Embassy in Beijing selects Coswin 8i
2016-09-28
The French Embassy in Beijing has chosen Coswin 8i, the latest version of Siveco's maintenance system, to manage its 20,000 sqm diplomatic campus. The building, known for its "perfect balance between Feng Shui and haute couture", opened in year 2011 in Beijing's third diplomatic district. Siveco was initially engaged by the embassy during the construction phase (2010-2011) to ensure the necessary technical documentation was in place in a central database. Siveco prepared the initial maintenance plan and assisted the embassy in the selection of technical service providers. The previous version of Coswin provided the methodological framework for the project, in line with international maintenance standards. The new Coswin 8i brings greater user-friendliness for technical staff (in-house and outsourced teams) and is compliant with strict data security rules.
