On February 26, 2016, the Incineration Business Unit of Suez Asia won the Gold Award at the company's Innovation Trophies 2015 for its "Maintenance Inception Training". This training program on maintenance best practices, designed and managed with Siveco China, was launched in June 2015. As of May 2016, Management and technical staff from seven Suez waste and water treatment plants in Greater China have received the training.

The Inception Training is part of an overall Maintenance Excellence program managed by Siveco at Suez Asia, aimed at providing a strong common guideline for all Suez maintenance teams, in order to promote, enforce and sustain good maintenance management practices. Siveco has been working with environmental utility giant Suez in China since 2005.
