Siveco establish partnership to support sustainable infrastructures in Sri Lanka
2016-11-08
The island-nation of Sri Lanka, strategically positioned on the Maritime Silk Road, is experiencing unprecedented infrastructure and urban development. To support the buildup of reliable and sustainable infrastructures in the country, Siveco has established a local partnership with (VPN needed to access from China), under the company's Value Added Partner Program (VAPP).
According to Bruno Lhopiteau, Managing Director of Siveco in Asia:
"The partnership between Siveco and Designsoft aims at efficiently bringing to Sri Lanka our experience supporting fast developing nations with our Maintenance 4.0 approach, which combines maintenance management know-how and technological solutions."
He added:
"The country's numerous greenfield projects offer a great opportunity to take maintenance into account from the tendering stage, which is Siveco's key expertise. IT solutions alone will not address the challenges of maintenance in Sri Lanka, as the local utility companies have already experienced with unsuccessful IT projects."
Siveco is a world leading supplier of Maintenance 4.0 technologies with unparalleled experience supporting greenfield infrastructure projects all over the world with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) implementation from the construction stage. Siveco Asia headquarters in Shanghai covers the Asia Pacific region and spearheads international development with Asian construction companies worldwide, with a primary focus on Energy and Waste & Water infrastructures.
Designsoft Technologies is a local technology firm whose approach is remarkably similar to that employed by Siveco for its own Maintenance 4.0 solutions: Designsoft Technologies emphasizes domain knowledge over software development, thanks to its unique technological framework to build business applications without programming.
