We are pleased to announce that Siveco China has completed CyberVadis third-party risk assessment with high marks. The assessment was performed in September 2022 and covered all Siveco China operations (including our overseas business and R&D Center, the bluebee® lab) and all functions (marketing and sales, software development, project delivery, support services, cloud hosting). CyberVadis () is a global leader providing independent cybersecurity assessment services.

 

This assessment aims to help customers reduce the burden of performing due diligence on their third-party suppliers. Did you know that, according to the 2019 IBM Security / Ponemon Institute study, 56% of organizations had a breach that was caused by one of their vendors? The objective of the CyberVadis Cybersecurity Rating methodology is to assess the maturity of a company's information security management system (ISMS) – through its policies, implementation measures and results. The audit focus on criteria based upon international information security standards such as Standards ISO 2700x, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Cybersecurity for ICS, GDPR.

 

Siveco China customers can obtain a copy of our CyberVadis assessment report upon request, to help fulfill their third-party due diligence in an efficient manner. We strongly recommend that clients pay great attention to third-party risk exposure, including but not limited to cybersecurity, first during the vendor evaluation phase and later during the usage phase.
