Account Manager – Property Management/Utilities & Infrastructures/Process Industry
Account managers are responsible for quickly growing the company's revenue for CMMS/EAM/FMS/CAFM maintenance consulting services and long-term maintenance management support services. With a focus on direct sales, sales managers may also develop and support partners. This position is purely focused on sales, with presales and technical support from our team of industry experts. Performance will be measured on rapid sales pipeline progress and sales quota.
Qualifications and requirements, in order of importance:
1. Ability to quickly bring business based on existing network of contacts
2. Recent (current) experience with EAM/CMMS/FMS/CAFM or industrial services, e.g. with a vendor, consulting firm or industrial service provider
3. Fast learner, i.e. ability to start selling without extensive training
4. Willingness to take risks to enjoy fast growth
5. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English (English is mandatory)
6. Industrial or engineering background in relation to our target markets

CMMS/EAM/FMS/CAFM Consultants
Consultants are responsible for implementing our CMMS/EAM/FMS/CAFM system in customers' projects, as well as for presales consulting. Engineers often follow the entire project, from presales to delivery and Go Live, to ensure continuity in our service to customers. Based on our experience, we value a well-functioning brain, good problem-solving skills and fast-learning ability more than specific CMMS/EAM/FMS/CAFM experience – a maintenance background is of course more than welcome.
Qualifications and requirements, in order of importance:
1. Ability to take responsibility and solve problems
2. Willingness and ability to learn fast, without excessive support (on-the-job coaching is our preferred training approach)
3. Industrial background in one of our target markets, preferably in operation/maintenance/engineering
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-growing business environment
5. Good communication skills, interacting with customers' management team (Chinese and English)
6. 1-2 years experience with CMMS/EAM/FMS/CAFM projects for a supplier or in a customer environment

Maintenance Consultant
Maintenance Consultants are working on reliability improvement and maintenance engineering projects, mostly on customers' sites, mostly dealing with the operational, organizational and methodological aspects of maintenance across various industries. Typical assignments include training on maintenance methodologies, optimization of preventive maintenance plans, data collection (from documents or onsite), preparation for CMMS projects, etc. Based on our experience, we value a well-functioning brain, good problem-solving skills and fast-learning ability more than specific maintenance experience.
Qualifications and requirements, in order of importance:
1. Ability to take responsibility and solve problems
2. Willingness and ability to learn fast, without excessive support (on-the-job coaching is our preferred training approach)
3. Experience in maintenance engineering or consulting within an industrial group or with an engineering firm, preferably with an understanding of more than one discipline (mechanical, electrical, automation)
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-growing business environment

6. At least 1-2 years experience for a supplier or in a customer environment

SAP PM Consultant
SAP PM consultant are responsible for providing SAP related services to our clients, including project management, blueprint definition or review, data collection, core team and key user training, interface architecture design, as well as for presales consulting, mostly for improvement of existing SAP PM systems or for Greenfield projects. Based on our experience, we value a well-functioning brain, good problem-solving skills and fast-learning ability – a maintenance background is of course more than welcome.
Qualifications and requirements, in order of importance:

3. Experience with at least 2 SAP PM projects
4. In-depth knowledge of PM module
5. Familiar with plant maintenance business processes

Mobile developer – Windows Mobile
Mobile developer is responsible for develop windows mobile applications, perform software coding, unit test and integration test and deliver integrated mobile solution projects. Based on our experience, we value a well-functioning brain, good problem-solving skills and fast-learning ability.
Qualifications and requirements, in order of importance:
1. Experience with C# and .NET2.0 software development projects
2. Strong knowledge of Oracle and MSSQL Server databases is required
3. Experience in software design, development, testing, and documentation
4. Proficient with user interface development
5. Strong problem solving ability, analytical and design skills
6. Experience of Windows Mobile development is desired but not required
7. Experience of EAM/CMMS, barcode and RFID is a plus.

Web developer
Web developers work within our R&D team to design and develop our cloud computing solutions running on a LAMP platform, code web pages utilizing CSS and XHTML and programming languages including JavaScript, SQL and PHP, optimize existing pages and functionality based on operational requirements of our customers. Maintains related documentation according to strong standards and interact with third-party outsourced development teams. Update the company's own website and SaaS platform. Finally, stays updated on current and new technologies.
Qualifications and requirements, in order of importance:
1. At least 2+ year's previous experience on professional projects and have an excellent work history that demonstrates core competencies at the programming level.
2. Excellent ability to use HTML, PHP, JAVA Script, CSS, XML etc and other web development tools as needed.
3. Good database knowledge especially MySQL
4. A bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
5. Good communication skills, interacting with customers' management team(Chinese and English)
6. Willingness to work as a team member in a fast growing company
