On April 30, Mr. Abdelmalek Sellal, Prime Minister of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, visited two large Siveco customers in Setif province. The Prime Minister inaugurated the second production line of the Ain El-Kebira cement plant, a subsidiary of GICA group. GICA (Groupe Industriel des Ciments d'Algérie or Algerian Industrial Cement Group) is the biggest cement producer in Northern Africa, using Coswin to manage the maintenance of all its sites. The Prime Minister also visited the Ain Arnat power plant, a 1200MW Combined Cycle Power Plant owned by national electricity company Sonelgaz. The plant is built by Korean EPC company Hyundai Engineering & Construction, for which Siveco China is currently implementing the CMMS. Siveco and its certified Algerian partner GROD2 have delivered numerous CMMS project in the country. Siveco China is concurrently working on 9 large-capacity gas turbine power plants with Korean and Turkish construction companies.
