On September 9, the Siveco team joined the internal training organized by Ensival-Moret (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd for their customers in the process industry. The full-day training covered various aspects of pump maintenance.

Siveco demonstrated the central management system that Ensival-Moret uses to manage its after-sales process. Siveco also showed how the system can be extended to in-plant technicians using the bluebee™ solution, allowing them to diagnose problems and access relevant technical data from either the central Ensival-Moret system or their in-house CMMS (for example SAP PM, Maximo or Datastream). A case study of Sichuan Lutianhua, a producer of fertilizer making extensive use of bluebee™, was presented.

This event is a good example of close cooperation and synergy between Siveco, the largest maintenance consultancy in China and a leading provider of maintenance management systems, and service suppliers like Ensival-Moret, which strive to provide excellent support to their customers.
