The new aluminate cement plant of Guizhou Yindu Speciality Aluminates went live with COSWIN CMMS in only one and a half month, thanks to a well-defined implementation process and efficient work by the joint project team. The plant, located in Qingzhen, Guizhou province, is starting operation in the middle of August.

Implementing the CMMS during the construction phase, an approach pioneered by Siveco, ensures the plant is fully documented before start and allows maintenance work to be under control from day one, enabling true equipment lifecycle management.
